Option 2. Use your Billing Zip Code & Walmart Credit Card Number
Billing Zip Code
This is the zip code for which you receive your bills (statements or invoices).
Walmart Credit Card Number

This is the number from the NEW Walmart credit card you received. Your old Walmart credit card number will not work.
